HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering from Nova is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “CART” button to place it in your Shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email including order tracking number(s).

Shipping:

-FREE USPS priority shipping on domestic orders over $50

-USPS first class shipping: 2- 5 business days -$4.75

- USPS priority shipping: 2-3 business days - $8.25

-USPS express shipping: 1-2 business days - $28.75

International Orders:

We currently ship within the U.S. only

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases where:

- Item(s) are faulty or defected (ex. unable to use or wear) upon arrival

- Item(s) are broken upon arrival

JEWELRY CARE

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY NOVA PIECES?

To keep your jewelry pieces at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Also pack jewelry carefully when traveling.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT I ALREADY PLACED?

After submitting an order, your order begins processing. We can only cancel orders that are not in the shipment process.

If you want to modify or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible so we can assist you. However, once your order is in the shipment process we are unable to cancel or change orders.
